Common questions
My work calendar doesn’t show up.
First add your work account to the iPhone’s Calendar, then set that calendar to Work in Agenda Duo under Settings → Calendars & Lists → Calendars. The work calendar guide shows every step. Some workplaces block personal phones, so if it won’t sign in, ask your IT team.
My family can’t see what I add to our shared list.
Open the list in Agenda Duo’s To Do tab and, under New items go on, choose the list that was shared with you. See the shared list guide.
I bought Agenda Duo Plus and it didn’t unlock.
In Agenda Duo, tap the More button (a circle with three dots), then Unlock Agenda Duo Plus, and tap Restore Purchase. Plus belongs to the Apple Account that bought it, and it’s shared with your family through Family Sharing. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with the date you bought it and we’ll sort it out. Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple’s own refund policy.
How do I delete my information?
Your calendars, to-dos and notes stay on your own devices, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Deleting Agenda Duo removes everything it stored. Your calendars and reminders themselves stay in your accounts. The privacy policy explains it in full.
When will Agenda Duo be on the App Store?
Soon. It’s being tested now. The Agenda Duo page will have the App Store link as soon as it’s ready.
